Join us for a special event on the farm this fall! Elizabeth’s mom, Terry is a skilled quilter, seamstress, spinner, gardener, and natural dye and ecoprinting enthusiast. She brings years of experience and experimentation and will be sharing tips and tricks for natural dye using simple, easily available plant ingredients as well as some more unusual natural dyes. Through this three-hour workshop you’ll participate hands-on in the process of dying plant and animal fibers, including wool, cotton, and silk using a variety of materials, and will leave with samples, resources, and inspiration to continue your natural dye journey at home!
