SUMMARY:Summer Wreaths Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Create a full circle or asymmetrical wreath bursting with the colors of summer using dried flowers that will last all season (and beyond!). Elizabeth is a farmer and crafter who has been growing and making beautiful things for nearly her whole life. She began creating dried flower wreaths five years ago\, and delights in finding new color and texture combinations. Wreaths are made using naturally grown\, chemical-free plant materials Bundle Sticks Farm. Dried flowers are assembled on a grapevine or willow base (also grown on the farm!).  \nIn this workshop\, you have the option to choose to make an asymmetrical (“crescent” or “half circle”) wreath\, or a full-circle wreath\, which you can take home to enjoy for years to come or gift to someone special. The workshop will cover the basics of harvesting and drying flowers and plant materials for craft work\, good plants to grow for dried flowers\, and wreath construction techniques. Everyone will leave with a lovely wreath of their own making. \nThe crescent wreath is a more beginner-friendly option\, and you will learn all the foundational techniques for creating full or partial wreaths in the future. The workshop is suitable for teens and adults. The process is simple\, but patience\, a gentle touch\, and some dexterity is required. \nCrescent wreaths is the style Elizabeth typically teaches\, however we’ve had interest in full-circle wreaths\, so we are offering that as an option this time!
