Description
These little brooms feel and look special. We just started making these tiny “hawk’s tail” brooms and immediately fell in love. They say broom makers learned hand broom techniques from seeing Cherokee and other Native people work with wings, tails, and feathers to make regalia.
Hand brooms can be used to sweep small spaces, stairways, porch steps, shelves, and hard to reach places atop or below furniture. They are also decent at fanning smoke from incense around a space. These Little Hawk Brooms measure 10-12 inches long, 6-8 inches wide. Please note, some of these will have handles that are solidly covered with thread, while others may have bands where the broomcorn shows through. If you have a strong preference feel free to include a note at checkout! The gold in the pic is solidly covered, the rest are banded.
As always, made with 100% farm-grown broomcorn grown on our farm in 2024 in Lanesville, Indiana!
